Kettil has been in the Recruitment and HR Professional Services industry since 2001. Kettil has worked with Executive Search in a number of industries, mainly for clients within the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer services, media and entertainment, manufacturing and transport services industries. Kettil was early into the digital era and conducted assignments within especially gaming and e-commerce. Assignments includes Board level, Group Management functions and Middle Management positions.

Before founding Burro Advisors in 2016 Kettil was Group HR Director at Duni AB since 2014. Duni is listed on Stockholm Exchange with a turnover of MSEK 4,500 and 2,200 employees. Prior to Duni Kettil was Partner at Headlight International AB, a boutique firm within Executive Search for 12 years. Kettil started his career in Spendrups Bryggeri AB, where he spent 15 years in positions such as Business Controller, Group Controller and Sales Manager.

Kettil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with a major in Business Administration from Uppsala University.

Tobias has been in the Executive Search and HR Professional Services industry since 2003. Over the years, Tobias has gained broad experience from different industries and functions. During the last decade, he has worked extensively with clients in Consumer Products & Services, Retail, Business Services and IT & Telecom. Assignments includes Group Management functions, Middle Management and Specialist positions.  

Before joining Burro Advisors in 2016 Tobias Löfgren was a Partner and Senior recruitment consultant at Proximo for over seven years. During this period Proximo was established as a well-known quality firm in the Swedish market, covering a service portfolio of Executive Search, Assessment and Selection. Between 2006 and 2009 Tobias worked at Amrop, one of the largest international Executive Search firms in the world. 

Tobias holds a Double Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with a major in Business Administration and Social Psychology with a specialization in Leadership and Organization from Stockholm University.

Gun has been an HR Professional for over 30 years. She started her HR career in Executive Search mainly working within the Pharmaceutical, Finance and IT sector. Assignments include Senior Management teams, Senior Commercial roles as well as IT specialists. Gun has experience and extensive knowledge from the fast moving consumer goods industry (FMCG) as well as the Pharmaceutical and Wholesale industries.

Before joining Burro Advisors, Gun was HR director at Menigo Foodservice AB from 2011 to 2017. Menigo is a subsidiary to Sysco. Sysco is the global leader in selling, marketing and distributing food and non-food products to restaurants, healthcare, educational and lodging establishments around the world. Menigo has a turnover of MSEK 6,000 and 1,000 employees. In addition to her position as HR Director, Gun was also Menigo’s IT Director between June 2015 and March 2017.

Prior to Menigo, Gun was with Coca-Cola between 2007 and 2011 as Human Capital Manager. Gun was part of the Commercial Management team and also worked within the finance and IT organizations. Furthermore, Gun was responsible for leadership and employee development for Coca-Cola. Between 2004 and 2007 Gun was with AstraZeneca as HR Business Partner within AstraZeneca Sweden Operations and part of the Management team for Liquid production. Gun started out her career as Regional Manager at Knutsson Casino AB, now incorporated in Betsson, and was part of its Swedish Management team. 

Gun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Stockholm University as well as additional training in Change Management from Gestaltakademin.

Within our Advisory services, Åsa is Practice Lead for Owner & Board Advisory. She is also part of our Executive Search team with a specific focus on management team- and board recruitments.

She holds long experience in business strategy and recruitment of key team members, both from an operational-, board- & owner perspective. 
Her industrial experience ranges from listed corporations to venture capital funded growth companies in a wide range of industries such as Venture Capital, Brewery Industry, Power & Automation, Payments, Internet consultancy, Mechanical manufacturing Industry and the Creative industry.

Prior to joining Burro Advisors, Åsa has been active in the venture capital industry. Initially as Investment Manager and CFO for Almi Invest and then as venture partner for Race Craft Holding, a family office. This entails being integral within all parts of the investment process -from due diligence, transaction, active ownership, board work and exit.
Earlier operational experience includes roles such as auditor at Arthur Andersen, business controller at Spendrups brewery and management consultant at Guide & Mind Improvement Group, CFO at Alphyra Nordic, Deputy CEO/ CFO at SIB Brushes and CEO for the music tech business incubator, Amplify Sweden.  

Additionally, Åsa is experienced in board work in listed as well as non- listed companies. Prior assignments include Chairman of the Board for SIB Brushes and board member at Goodtech ASA, Sprint Bioscience and The Local Europe. Current assignments in Publit Sweden AB, CSV Rating AB and STIM. Åsa is author of Almi Invest board guide focusing on growth companies.

Åsa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Administration from Uppsala University and Master of Art in European Integration from University of Limerick, Ireland. She is a Certified Cordial Business Architect and holds a Higher Certification in Corporate Governance from Styrelseakademien.

Henrik graduated in 2017 from the Department of Economic History at Stockholm University. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, combined with an interdisciplinary array of subjects ranging from Economics and Law, via Media and Communication, to English linguistics and literature. In detail, his field of research centered on parameter’s that enable organisational functionality, both from an internal and external viewpoint.

Hanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a specialisation in neurology from Yale University where she complemented her studies with a wide array of subjects including Economics, Statistics, Law, Medicine, and Physics. In 2018 she completed her Master’s Degree in Business Management at University College London with a primary focus on organisational behaviour and business strategy. Her educational background provides her with an in-depth knowledge of human behaviour, risk analysis, financial decision making, and change management.
